In Catania Market you may find:

Sicilian baked onions (Italian: Al Forno Cipolle).

When I first time looked at the onions, I thought they are  some kind of cakes, which I have to try

When I realized that there are onions, I gave a try anyway.

Although Italian (and Sicilian) cuisine are one of the best in the world,

in this case I HAVE TO SAY: these

Sicilian baked onions are not tasty at all! 

And there are overcooked with a lot of carcinogens

SORRY!

You rather spend 0,7 € instead of baked onions for a kilo of fresh lemons!

Sicilian are just delicious! ❤
