Older I get, I do not stick anymore to have New Year’s resolutions! I prefer more to take some time and think about the previous year. Being grateful for all the positive things, people, and memories the year brought. 

My 3 TRAVEL HIGHLIGHTS OF 2015

• I have visited 30 countries in the year of my 30th B-day 🙂
• 11 countries visited while having a full time job (Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Guadeloupe, Italy, Martinique, Morocco, Saint Lucia, Slovenia, United Kingdom, Vatican)
• spent for 44 days traveling (including all costs – 14 flights, local food, accommodation, activities, etc.)

Weekend getaway in Budapest, Hungary with my boyfriend to celebrate our 2nd anniversary

I and my boyfriend got really sick for 2 weeks with strong flu and I needed to cancel my flight to Romania – AGAIN! 🙁 Until today I have canceled 2 flights to Romania due to same reason – sickness! However, I made a road trip to Romania – to charming Transylvania, but I have never managed to get there by plane! Maybe 3rd time – finally 🙂

11 days trip to Italy, Vatican & Morocco! I can’t decide which place I love more!

I met with my beloved schoolmates from University again after a year  in Vienna! It was such a great time with lot of fun! Next year we should continue and meet again! 🙂

I love hiking and discovering castles. In Plavecke Podhradie it was a perfect combination for having a lovely sunny Saturday

Our friend Ben from Singapore visited us in Bratislava! We met during travels in Indonesia in November 2014 and he managed to come to Europe. Do you like being a tour guide in your town? I do! 🙂

Road trip to Slovenia – Bled, Ljubljana, Piran, Portorož

We traveled 1000 km & we enjoyed Slovenia a lot!

In October 16th, I was celebrating my 30th Birthday! It was such a great time with my family & friends – thank you for having you in my life! 🙂

I love to bicycle in Bratislava and I also commute to work by bike. In October, I enjoyed autumn in Bratislava & its beautiful colors.

United Kingdom – London

Caribbean islands – Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint Lucia

One of the best trips of the year! With 24 h stopover in London we spent such an amazing time in Caribbean because of nature, flora, fauna, beaches, volcanoes and much more. Traveling off season has full of advantages – more articles about the trip will be posted on my blog soon.

Christmas time spent with my family & friends

I met with my dear friend Nadja from Austria – in 2013 we used to study Italian in Sicily. It was such a great time to meet her again – this time in Bratislava and hopefully in 2016 our roads cross again – in Romania! 🙂

I enjoyed the New Year’s Eve hiking in Eastern Slovakia in -12 Celsius, but with such an amazing view!
